My counseling advice to skinnies, medium and BBW is always the same for each:
1) Love yourself
2) Love your body. It’s beautiful.
3) Eat healthy. You have to read to know what is healthy and what is not these days. No wheat and gluten is the first suggestion. No dairy is next. Eat raw veggies when you can and if not raw, steam them. Eat organic/no hormone meats. Desserts on Friday or Saturday night only.
4) Exercise five to six days a week. Do some exercise even if its’ only for ten minutes. Simply be consistent to do some exercise each day.
5) Dress sharp to look good and feel good about yourself. That attracts more good attention and lets people know you care about yourself.
